Ray,
Thanks for your response. I actually found what I was looking for. I had to add the mnemonic FMTYPE=0 to my file maintenance query to insert a new record.

The client company I work for deals with credit unions. We are building an application that interfaces with Episys via SymConnect. I was trying to find some support for SymConnect over the internet.

I am trying to build a virtual card query that will help me find a member account number for a given SSN number. Can you help me here?

Thanks once again,
Supriya

Hi,
I'm new at working with the SymConnect interface and I hope I can find some help here.
I'm trying to build a SymConnect virtual card query that will add a new tracking record to a loan application

FMAB[C]
	DHLOANAPP#....:TRACKING
	JTRACKINGCODE=99...L

I have actual values for the placeholders .

Is there a Miscellaneous data flag that will help me add a new tracking record of the type I want to a loan application?

Thanks very much,
Supriya

I'm glad the eDoc have been reunited. I agree that the name change project is enormous but it's something that really seems necessary.

This little tidbit has made it possible for us to catch potential fraud involving bogus voided GL transactions to the vault. They disappear after being posted during closeday - they're not recorded to GL History. They're only on the daily report and then they're gone forever. I assumed I'd have to use File I/O to grab the data and report on it. With this new feature, which I too missed int he release, I can grab the data daily and do many things with it. I believe this to be one of the major enhancements made to the system recently and I think something should be done to educate every single credit union on its use. It's really incredibly valuable information. Thanks, Ray, for posting this! You saved us a lot of work!
